Activist Room :

The Activist Room at the UCSD Women's Center is made available to individual students and student organizations to support social justice and diversity related activities and events. Student activists are invited and encouraged to utilize the space for activities and events that are in alignment with the mission of the UCSD Women's Center.

Students and student organizations must register with the Women's Center for use of this space. A representative of your group must attend at least one orientation session (conducted quarterly) within one quarter of registering.

Please be sure to download and read the Guidelines for use before filling out and signing the registration form.

If you would like to reserve the Activist Room in the future, you do not need to fill out the registration form again. Simply email the Women’s Center (women@ucsd.edu) with preferred dates, and we will confirm the availability of those dates with you.

General Guidelines:

1. The Activist Room is available for use during regular business hours.
2. The Activist Room is adjacent to professional and student staff offices. Please be courteous with your activities and noise levels.
3. The room must be cleaned and organized after each use.
4. Please do not leave any trash or debris in the room after use.
5. Supplies such as poster paints, button makers, and butcher paper must not leave the Women's Center building.
6. Please sign in each time you use the room.
